Angry Poem

Dreaming in darkness
Craving the light
My heart is enveloped
In unending benight.
I thought you were the one
My savior, my knight
Who brought me from hell
Not out of spite.
To wrench my heart out
My neck in a bight
To take away everything
Much like a blight.
Now I am nothing
but full of contrite
I wish to do nothing
But continue to fight
But I am losing my hope
My strength, my might.
People will tell me
Everything will be alright
But how do they know
Without being in my plight?
